# Withdraw VYFI from BAR
*To withdraw your $VYFI from the BAR you will need to swap your xVYFI for $VYFI*
* Locate the "Bar" tab on the VyFinance App
* Enter an amount of xVYFI
* Select "Confirm"
Display will change for NAMI, Gero and Flint wallet, however actions remain the same
* Enter your spending password
* Select "Sign"
*Once your transaction is submitted a pop-up in the top right-hand corner will appear*
*Your $VYFI/xVYFI amount will be updated*
