# Withdraw VYFI from BAR

This guide will describe how users can withdraw funds from the BAR

*To withdraw your $VYFI from the BAR you will need to swap your xVYFI for $VYFI*&#x20;

* Locate the "Bar" tab on the VyFinance App&#x20;
* Enter an amount of xVYFI
* Select "Confirm"

* Enter your spending password&#x20;
* Select "Sign"

*Once your transaction is submitted a pop-up in the top right-hand corner will appear*&#x20;

*Your $VYFI/xVYFI amount will be updated*&#x20;
