Tokens / NFT left wallet but cannot see tokens / NFT staked on platform
These troubleshooting steps can fix most surface level issues when trying to stake on our platform
It may take some time for the appβs UI to reflect your harvest depending on network congestion. Users should try these troubleshooting steps before contacting support.
1) Make sure both your browser of choice and your wallet version is up to date
2) Disable any adblocks
3) Disable any and all VPNs
4) Disconnect and reconnect wallet
5) Unset wallet collateral and ctrl+f5
6) Reset wallet collateral and ctrl+f5
7) Restart your browser
8) Restart your machine
If you are able to see the transaction in your wallet and 24 hours have passed please contact support.
